From initial contact right through to delivery, GetBranding ensures the order process runs efficiently. This provides the necessary reassurance you are dealing with a professional organisation.
We ‘Deliver the Promise’; this means each step of the production process is carefully monitored. Continuous feedback enables our Customer Care Department to constantly review working standards, thus maintaining our first-class reputation.
On rare occasions we receive a customer complaint, when this occurs, we initiate our, no-quibble, return and replacement policy. It is vitally important our customers are happy. It’s the aim of GetBranding is to build long-term corporate relationships; this can only be achieved by the provision of quality products and the implementation of effective support systems.
Our working hours are 9.am – 6pm Monday – Friday. During this time our Customer Care Department are ready to receive calls. All electronic enquiries are processed within a two-hour window.
We listen carefully to the requirements of our customers; we do our utmost to ensure the correct information is disseminated. Our Customer Care Department has the ability to send out sample products if required.
No enquiry is too big or small for our organisation. All orders receive the same level of support. We also provide technical assistance for customers who are unsure about the selection of products or artwork.
GetBranding goes the extra mile to process orders as quickly as possible. If working to a tight schedule we offer a Fast-Track service.
